I started lifting weights around the beginning of the year and it has been so rewarding. Even though I'm not by any means a muscle man yet lol, it is still refreshing to feel the difference in my arms, chest and shoulders.
My confidence has been through the roof. I strongly recommend lifting to anyone who wants to improve confidence.
I am 3 months in and I'm so excited to see where I'm at in another 3 months.
